  • Does travel insurance cover everything?

    No, travel insurance does not cover everything. It is advisable to read general conditions and schedule of benefits attached to each policy type to ascertain which coverage suits your requirement.

  • Can I buy travel insurance when I have already arrived at my country of travel?

    No, travel insurance must be purchased prior to departure.

  • Does my policy cover pandemic?

    Please refer to Schedule of Benefits document to verify if your policy covers pandemic. All policies sold under this website cover pandemic – however, limit of coverage varies.

  • I have a medical emergency. What should I do?

    Please refer to your Policy Certificate for Emergency Assistance Contacts. This document is immediately emailed to you after payment is processed. Please ensure you contact the Emergency Assistance Center at the earliest opportunity.

  • I need to file a claim for reimbursement. What is the process to file a claim?

    Please contact Claims at the contact number and/or email address on the Contact Page. The claims team will guide you through the claims process with required documents and Claim Forms.

  • How to change the period of our insurance?

    Please send us an email at global@agsa24.com with your policy number, policy certificate and request for change. Our representative will contact you for further process. Alternatively, you may contact your agent who facilitated the policy purchase to make change requests. Period of Insurance can only be changed before the start of the trip.

  • How to contact you?

  • Can I pay for someone else?

    Yes, but the policy certificate will mention the name of the traveler as the insured.

  • Are there any additional costs to be incurred other than mentioned on the website?

    No, you pay exactly the amount displayed in the website after completing required fields.

  • What cards do you accept for payment?

    We accept all major international cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, JCB and UnionPay. Your payments will be securely processed via Stripe.

  • Are all countries covered?

    Only the countries declared during purchase of the insurance will be covered. Please refer to travel advisory before deciding on the travel destination. Website such as www.who.int provide latest information to help you make informed choices. Travel to particularly risky and unstable countries might invalidate the insurance coverage, if travel warnings were issued before the date of policy purchase. Countries on red alert will be automatically disqualified for purchase by the system.

  • Where can I check travel advisory?

  • Can I buy for group?

    Yes, you may purchase an insurance for up to 10 people at one time.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes, you are eligible for a refund prior to the start of your insurance date, subject to processing costs. Please contact us at global@agsa24.com to make refund requests. Alternatively, you may contact your agent who facilitated the purchase to make cancellation and refund requests.

  • How long does the refund take?

    The refund process will take 2 working days from our end. It might take from a few days to several weeks depending on your bank and country of the cardholder.

  • Do you provide an invoice for the purchase?

    Yes, the email with Policy Certificate will mention the amount of premium paid for the policy.

  • I did not receive my policy certificate. What should I do?

    The policy certificate is emailed to you immediately after the payment has been processed. Please check your Spam folder and if email is not found – email us at global@agsa24.com to facilitate resending of the policy document. The policy certificate is an important document, please ensure to keep it safe and handy – in case of emergencies.

  • Will I receive a physical copy of our insurance documents?

    No, all insurance related documents will be emailed and available for download.
